What is DFI?

THE ASK

Compass Digital needed an internal comms video that could explain the Digital Future Initiative (DFI) in clear, engaging terms for an executive presentation and companywide audience.

MY ROLE

I led the project end to end — advising stakeholders on video strategy, then planning, filming, and editing the final piece myself.

MY APPROACH

I blended scripted narrative segments with employee interviews, using the scripted content to frame the initiative and the interviews to ground it in real perspectives from across the company. To round out the visual narrative, I filmed new b-roll and pulled footage from past events and shoots.

THE OUTCOME

The video was shown live during an executive presentation and livestream event, introducing DFI to the broader organization.
